This role, reporting into our London office, provides an exciting opportunity to join the Software as a Service (SaaS) sales team at Conversity, an innovative Intelligent Guided Sales Platform provider. Leveraging our experience of delivering high quality service to established telecoms companies we recently launched our market leading SaaS solution and have won multiple major logos, including LEGO and the Phone Co-op.
The company is seeking a proactive self-starter to focus on driving the SaaS growth within Retail, Technology, Telecoms and eCommerce Brands. The successful applicant will work closely with our Chief Customer Officer and Marketing team to build campaigns and win business through a mixture of inbound leads and outbound prospecting activity.
The role will require you to be able to quickly develop relationships based on trust, earned through specialist knowledge of the prospect’s sector and the challenges they face; establishing credibility as an expert in our solutions and reliably and diligently delivering on any commitments you make.
Experienced in selling eCommerce and conversion rate optimisation solutions, you are highly motivated and passionate about your career. You recognise the value of interacting with your colleagues and are searching for an enthusiastic environment in central London, working among a team of intelligent and passionate colleagues. You love to identify a hard challenge and will happily liaise with your colleagues to move barriers aside to achieve it. You respect your colleagues and love to hear variety of opinions.
You are naturally curious and are genuinely interested in other people. A strong team player where many people see a shortcoming you see an opportunity for improvement. You are a strong verbal and written communicator and you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting into potential Conversity customers
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline that delivers targeted results month on month
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecast information
- Liaise with project and technical teams to ensure we sell solutions that both offer best value to the client and are aligned to our capabilities
- Effectively and compellingly demonstrate Conversity technologies and maintain a reasonable, functional and technical knowledge of the products
- Keep up to date on trends and news in target industries and key prospects
- Work with colleagues to ensure high quality of service is delivered on all aspects of client and prospect interaction with Conversity
- Provide client success and upsell services to existing SaaS customers
- Maintain accurate up to date records of all customer details, dialog, sales process and new business opportunities in our Dynamics CRM system

What will we teach you?
We are looking for potential (but that doesn’t mean we discount the value of experience and accumulated wisdom). We will teach you how to analyse a prospect’s current performance and how our solutions will help them to increase cart size, reduce abandonment and drive higher e-commerce revenues.
Conversity is committed to providing a high quality service to its clients between the normal working hours of 9.00am and 6pm from Monday to Friday; It is expected the employee will work outside those hours when the need arises to ensure that sales targets are met; The role is based at the company’s London office, but with on-site attendance at client/ partner sites as required, with regular travel in UK including overnight stays if necessary; Travel by train, plane or car.

Salary Band: £35k – £55 Base, OTE £60k – £100k.
